Terms and Conditions for Chio Remote

Effective date: October 24, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chio Remote application (the "App"), operated by Elf Glass LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;

• Modify, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App;

• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation;

• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) to access or interact with the App;

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation or security.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including premium features or content. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or store policies. If you experience billing issues, please contact the app store directly.

4. Account Registration (if applicable)

Some features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, are owned by Elf Glass LLC or its licensors. You are granted no right or license other than as explicitly stated in these Terms. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Content

If the App allows you to upload, share, or submit content, you retain ownership of that content but grant Elf Glass LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;

• Collect or store personal data of other users without consent;

• Interfere with the App’s security features or servers.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or link to third-party services such as Google Analytics for Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party services or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elf Glass LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elf Glass LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Elf Glass LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the App or on our official website, and the revised date will be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
